Lebanese Tourism Minister Fadi Abboud announced today that he wants to sue the producers of the US drama “Homeland” because, he claims, it wrongly depicts Beirut as a dangerous city that harbors terrorists. He is also demanding an apology from the show’s producers.
In other news today, a car-bomb explosion in Beirut has killed at least eight people and injured an estimated 80 people.
